Terms and Conditions

Organizer

1. This competition (the "Competition") is organized and operated by Supreme Liquid Labs, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the "Organizer"). The Organizer is not a regulated financial services provider in any jurisdiction.

Eligibility

2. The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older worldwide. You must also not be a person who (a) is subject to national or international sanctions or located or ordinarily resident in any country or region that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide or region-wide sanctions, embargo or equivalent by the United States of America, United Kingdom, European Union or the government of a user home country, (b) is listed by the United States of America, United Kingdom, European Union or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties or persons, (c) appears on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the OFAC, the European Union consolidated list of persons, groups and entities subject to financial sanctions, the United Kingdom Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets, nor are they otherwise a person with which SLL is prohibited to deal with under the laws of the United States, the European Union (or any of its Member States), the Cayman Islands or the United Kingdom, (d) is a person identified as a terrorist organization on any other relevant lists maintained by any governmental authority, (e) is a resident of the Cayman Islands or (f) is a resident of the United Kingdom.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from any jurisdiction where the Competition would be prohibited or require licensing not held by the Organizer.

Competition Mechanics

4. The Organizer will open a trade on the Dreamcash app via Hyperliquid (the "Benchmark Trade") and publish the position details and current unrealized return on investment as a percentage of the amount of capital at risk (the “ROI”) on the following website: www.dreamcash.xyz/beat-the-trade (“Competition Page”). The Benchmark Trade parameters, including the asset, direction, leverage, and notional size, are determined at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

5. To enter, a participant must: (a) download and register on the Dreamcash app; (b) execute one or more trades through the app during the Competition Period; and (c) achieve a cumulative realized ROI in percentage value exceeding the Benchmark Trade’s percentage ROI by the Competition Deadline. Unrealized ROI for any trade is not eligible for the Competition. Only single trades are considered for the Competition. You may enter as many trades as you wish during the Competition Period.

6. The Competition Period runs from 15:00 UTC 12 May 2026 to 15:00 UTC 12 June 2026 and will be displayed on the Competition Page. The Organizer may extend, shorten, or cancel the Competition Period at any time by updating the Competition Page.

Prize

7. The total prize pool is USD 50,000 (the “Prize Pool”). The Prize Pool is divided among qualifying participants in proportion to their outperformance of the Benchmark Trade. Each qualifier’s “Alpha” equals their percentage ROI minus the Benchmark Trade’s final percentage ROI. Each qualifier’s payout equals their Alpha divided by the sum of all qualifiers’ Alpha, multiplied by the Prize Pool. Participants who outperform the Benchmark Trade by a larger margin receive a correspondingly larger share; participants who only marginally exceed it receive a smaller share.

8. Prizes will be distributed in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, or equivalent stablecoin) to each winner’s Dreamcash wallet within 10 business days of the Competition Deadline. The Organizer reserves the right to withhold or reclaim prizes where it reasonably suspects fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, or breach of these Terms.

9. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or other levies applicable to their prize in their jurisdiction of residence.

Risk Warning

10. Participation in the Competition requires trading cryptocurrency with leverage. Leveraged trading carries a high degree of risk. You may lose all of the funds you commit, and losses can exceed your initial deposit. Past performance, including the Benchmark Trade results, is not indicative of future results. This Competition and its promotional materials do not constitute investment advice.

Limitation of Liability

11. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in the Competition, including but not limited to trading losses, technical failures, delayed or non-payment of prizes, or reliance on any information published on the Competition page.

General

12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Competition page. Continued participation after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.

13. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

14. The Competition is also subject to the Dreamcash Terms of Use and the Dreamcash Privacy Policy.
